AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be 21+ to Order From Hookah Smoke Shop with active business licenses. WE reserves the right to refuse business and/or request additional verification before we process your order. Some of our customers may not be not be approved due to lack of verification. In that case, we will contact you via phone and email to verify your info. We will usually require to see a copy of both sides of your credit card, as well as a copy of your driver’s license or other photo ID, which will verify your date of birth and signature. You will have to fill the application and submit with requested documents attached as its mandatory.
SHIPPING
We currently only ship within USA and via ground shipping and case qty only on a pallet or individual box as per size of the order.
A separate shipping invoice would be emailed before the order is dispatched and upon completion an email would be exchanged.
For international orders kindly email, us and the invoice would be generated from our factory location which would be strictly FOB Rate with advance 100% payment.
TAX
Within the state of Tennessee all purchase are excise and state tax paid.
Outside state purchases would be taxed As all inclusive with tax invoice. or state tax can be paid by buyer. This process is important and the buyers preference will be used while setting up new business wholesale purchase account with us.
SELLING POLICY
we reserve the right to question and report any unusual activities or tax fraud, if found selling Hookah Smoke Shop products un-lawfully within the United States upon request we would require proof of purchase.
All Hookah Smoke Shop Tobacco purchase should be purchased and sold lawfully within USA.
ADDRESS

REFUNDS
All Sales are final and no refund is processed.
PROMOTION GOODS
We would supply promotional tobacco and accessories to only our registered business and would be communicated via email for confirmation.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS
By ordering from HookahSmokeShop.com, you agree and certify under penalty of perjury and as per State and Federal guidelines that you are at least 21 years of age or older, and able to purchase Tobacco and/or Tobacco related Products and/or Accessories in your state. By ordering from HookahSmokeShop.com, you also agree that HookahSmokeShop.com has up to 14 business days to ship your merchandise out of our facilities. Once an order has been shipped and/or tracking information has been received from FedEx, UPS, or the USPS, a customer cannot cancel and/or refuse delivery on their order without prior consent from HookahSmokeShop.com via email or US Mail. HookahSmokeShop.com reserves the right to charge a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee on any order returned to our company after final inspections. HookahSmokeShop.com also reserves the right to charge any applicable fees that may have been associated with the order at the time of shipping if merchandise is returned to our facilities. Any merchandise returned to our facilities must be unused and in all original packaging. Any merchandise deemed used will be refused by HookahSmokeShop.com and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was issued by HookahSmokeShop.com, the customer is responsible for paying the return fees associated with the UPS/USPS/FedEx standard rates guide if the merchandise is deemed used, not in its original condition, or is returned because the customer was not satisfied with the merchandise and HookahSmokeShop.com has concluded that there is nothing wrong with the merchandise received back in our facilities. HookahSmokeShop.com, except as expressly stated herein, makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the HookahSmokeShop.com sites. Except as expressly stated herein, HookahSmokeShop.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to HookahSmokeShop.com arising from any product sold on the HookahSmokeShop.com sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall HookahSmokeShop.com its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
HookahSmokeShop.com currently accepts the following methods payment methods: Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. In the event of a chargeback or non-payment against HookahSmokeShop.com through our consumer or business channels, the account holder will be responsible for all fees regarding collections. These fees include, but are not limited to, the North Carolina Service charge, $30 chargeback fee issued by the credit/debit card issuer, all applicable collection agency fees incurred by HookahSmokeShop.com, all attorney fees and legal costs incurred, original shipping charges incurred by HookahSmokeShop.com, and return shipping charges incurred by HookahSmokeShop.com. In the event of non-payment, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the merchandise at the time of order.

Any other use of such products, by minors or for use with controlled substances is prohibited by and may constitute a violation of International, Federal, State, and/or Local Laws.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, HookahSmokeShop.com shall have the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HookahSmokeShop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HookahSmokeShop.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Be aware that based on your agreement with your card issuer the charge may take several days or more to be credit back to your account and the funds otherwise released to you.
